2. Data processed

Depending on your use, we may process in particular:

  • your contact details and account data: name, address, email, telephone and language;
  • order, delivery, payment and invoicing data; full card data is processed by payment providers and not communicated to us;
  • your exchanges with customer service, warranty requests and returns;
  • the reviews, ratings and content you choose to post;
  • technical and usage data: IP address, device, browser, pages viewed, interactions, cookie identifiers and measurement data, according to your privacy choices.

3. Purposes

We use this data to operate the store, fulfill orders and deliveries, manage payments, accounts, warranties and requests, prevent fraud and secure the site, comply with our legal obligations, improve our services and measure our campaigns. Commercial communications are sent only when permitted; you can unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in each message.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

Strictly necessary cookies allow in particular the basket, language, connection, payment and security. They cannot be disabled from our preferences tool.

With your consent where required, we may use optional technologies for analytics, personalization and advertising measurement, including Shopify, Google Analytics / Google Tag and Judge.me. During your first visit, the banner allows you to accept, refuse or personalize these uses. You can modify or withdraw your choice at any time via the link Cookie preferences displayed at the bottom of the page. The withdrawal applies for the future.

You can also delete or block cookies in your browser. Some necessary functions of the store may then no longer work correctly.

5. Recipients and service providers

We do not sell your personal data. They are accessible only to people who need them and to the necessary providers, in particular:

  • Shopify, which hosts the store and provides shopping cart, payment, accounts, security, privacy features and certain analytics tools;
  • Google, for Google Analytics, Google Tag and measurement linked to Merchant Center, according to your choices;
  • Judge.me, for displaying notices and, where applicable, sending notice requests;
  • the payment providers chosen at checkout, the carriers, as well as our IT, accounting or legal service providers;
  • authorities when required by law.

6. International transfers

Depending on the provider and the service used, data may be processed in Switzerland, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Canada, the United States or Singapore. Where the country does not have an applicable adequacy decision, we require appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses and data processing agreements; recognized protection frameworks, including Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where applicable may also be used.

7. Shelf life

We only keep data for as long as necessary. The necessary accounting documents and order data are in principle kept for ten years. Account, support and warranty data are kept during the relationship and then for the periods useful for the defense of rights. Marketing data is retained until you unsubscribe. The duration of cookies and measurement data depends on your choices, our configuration and the service provider concerned.

8. Your rights

Within the limits provided for by Swiss data protection law, you can request information about your data, their access, their rectification, their delivery or their deletion, as well as object to certain processing or withdraw consent. We may request proof of identity and retain the elements required by law or necessary for the establishment, exercise or defense of rights.

9. Security, minors and modifications

We apply proportionate technical and organizational measures to protect data. Our store is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect their data. We may adapt this policy when our services or legal requirements change; the update date appears at the top of the page.
